Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

1. Service and Operator

AiMediaCraft is independently operated and provides AI-assisted video production tools. The Service includes: • Web Portal — account, subscription, billing, and task management. • Desktop Client — a locally installed application that runs the video production workflow on your device. • Backend Services — authentication, task coordination, usage metering, and subscription management. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

2. User Inputs and Generated Content

You retain your rights in topics, documents, presentations, logos, and other materials that you provide. You represent that you have the right to use those materials. AiMediaCraft does not claim ownership of outputs generated for you by third-party AI services. Your ability to use any script, audio, image, video, or other output depends on your subscription plan, applicable law, and the terms of the third-party service that produced it. • Free Plan final outputs may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. • Paid Plan final videos may be used commercially, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. AiMediaCraft does not guarantee that an AI-generated output is original, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

3. Limited Content License

You grant AiMediaCraft a limited license to process information you submit only as needed to provide, secure, support, and operate the Service. We do not use your inputs to train or improve AI models, and we do not sell your content. Information may be handled by service providers only as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of account or task data by emailing [email protected].

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to: • impersonate a real person for fraud, deception, or harmful deepfakes; • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; • create or distribute unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, terrorist, or hateful content; • make fraudulent or materially misleading marketing claims; • exceed quotas, create accounts to evade limits, interfere with security, or disrupt the Service; • reverse engineer the Desktop Client except where applicable law expressly permits it; or • use automation to bypass access controls or violate applicable law.

5. Browser Automation and Third-Party Services

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. The Desktop Client is an automation tool. It uses browser automation technology, including Playwright, on your local device and operates third-party AI and related services through accounts that you control. • AiMediaCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized agent of those third-party providers. • Your third-party accounts and your use of those services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. • Some providers may restrict or prohibit automated access. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their rules before enabling automation. • AiMediaCraft provides a tool; it does not authorize you to bypass restrictions or violate third-party terms or applicable law. • You accept the risk of account restrictions, suspension, changed output, service interruption, or loss of compatibility caused by third-party policies or systems. • You are responsible for content submitted through your accounts and for maintaining the security of those accounts. We do not guarantee continued compatibility, availability, response quality, or results from any third-party service. We may suspend or modify an integration when necessary.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, activated subscription periods and fixed-term purchases are generally non-refundable. • Card subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal and remain available through the paid billing period after cancellation. • One-time payment methods, where available, purchase a fixed access term and do not renew automatically. • Prices, taxes, payment methods, renewals, and plan changes are those shown at checkout or on Stripe-hosted pages. • Billing errors and duplicate charges will be reviewed and corrected when verified. • Usage quotas, device limits, and plan features are displayed in the Service and may change for future periods. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Each account is intended for one person and is subject to the device limits shown for its plan. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or a material violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Providers

The Service relies on categories of third-party providers including: • AI content and speech services accessed locally through accounts that you control; • cloud hosting, database, content delivery, network security, storage, and encrypted backup services; • payment processing services; • email delivery providers for account and service messages; and • optional Web Portal analytics services after consent. Specific providers, their availability, and their terms may change independently of AiMediaCraft.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, legality, originality, quality, or fitness of AI-generated content. You should review outputs before publishing or relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, AiMediaCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the Service or third-party services. AiMediaCraft's aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Account Closure, Disputes, and Changes

You may request account closure by emailing [email protected]. We will verify and process the request as described in the Privacy Policy. If a dispute arises, you and AiMediaCraft should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication. Applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined by mandatory legal rules that cannot be excluded by these Terms. These Terms are drafted in English. Translations are provided for convenience; the English version controls where legally permitted. We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and effective date. We may also use reasonable additional notice when appropriate. If applicable law requires renewed agreement, we will request it before the updated terms apply to you.
