Terms of Service

AiMediaCraft is an AI-powered automated video production tool platform. The Service includes: • Web Portal: Online console for account management, subscription billing, and task monitoring. • Desktop Client: A locally installed application that executes the video production pipeline on the user's device. • Backend Services: Task scheduling, user authentication, and subscription management. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Ownership of content created through AiMediaCraft is determined by your subscription plan: • Free Plan: Generated videos are for personal, non-commercial use only. • Standard, Pro, and Plus Plans: You retain full commercial usage rights to the final video output. Specifically: • User Inputs (topics, documents, presentations) remain your property. • AI-generated intermediate outputs (scripts, audio, visual assets) are the property of AiMediaCraft, licensed to you for use within the generated videos. • Final Videos under a paid plan carry full commercial rights assigned to you. • Custom Logos uploaded by you remain your property; you represent that you have the legal right to use them. Disclaimer: AiMediaCraft does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant AiMediaCraft a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We explicitly commit to the following: • We will NOT use your input content to train or improve any AI models. • We will NOT sell, share, or display your content to third parties. • You may request deletion of your content by contacting our support team via email.

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes: • Deepfake or Deceptive Content: Creating videos that impersonate real individuals for fraudulent or misleading purposes. • Infringing Content: Submitting materials that violate the intellectual property rights of others. • Illegal Content: Generating content involving hate speech, violence, pornography, or terrorism. • Deceptive Marketing: Creating false advertisements or misleading product claims. • Automated Abuse: Using scripts or bots to access the Service beyond your subscribed quota. • Quota Circumvention: Registering multiple free accounts to bypass usage limits. • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the Desktop Client.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. The AiMediaCraft Desktop Client operates as an automation tool that uses browser automation technology (Playwright) to interact with third-party AI services on your local device, using your own third-party accounts. Notice and Disclosure: • The Desktop Client automates browser interactions with third-party AI content generation and speech synthesis services on your behalf. • AiMediaCraft is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized agent of any third-party AI service provider. • Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. User Acknowledgment and Voluntary Use: • You understand and acknowledge that certain third-party services may restrict or prohibit automated access in their terms of service. • You voluntarily choose to use the automation features provided by this platform with full knowledge of the above. • You agree to bear all consequences arising from the use of automated access to third-party services, including but not limited to: account restrictions, account suspension, service interruption, and any legal liability arising therefrom. • This platform provides automation tools only and does NOT encourage or authorize users to violate the terms of service of any third-party service. User Responsibility: • You are solely responsible for maintaining valid accounts with third-party services. • AiMediaCraft is not liable for any disruptions caused by third-party service policy changes, interface modifications, or outages. • You are solely responsible for all content you submit to third-party services through this tool. • AiMediaCraft is not liable for any consequences resulting from the suspension or termination of your third-party accounts. No Guarantees: • We do not guarantee continuous compatibility with any third-party service. • The availability, response quality, and processing results of third-party services are beyond our control. • We reserve the right to suspend or modify features when third-party services become unavailable.

Refund Policy: Except where required by applicable law, all subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any paid subscription period. • Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. • Billing errors or duplicate charges will be corrected on a case-by-case basis. • We reserve the right to provide discretionary adjustments in cases of severe technical failures. Additional Terms: • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. • Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. • Usage quotas are metered by video render records and reset monthly. • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

Each subscription plan includes a specific device binding limit. The exact number of devices allowed per plan is displayed in the Platform console and may be adjusted by AiMediaCraft at any time. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for use by a single individual.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any AI-generated output. • We do not guarantee 100% service availability. • We do not guarantee continuous compatibility with third-party AI services (see Section 5). • We are not liable for any business losses resulting from AI-generated content. • Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service may interact with third-party AI content generation, speech synthesis, payment processing, analytics, and communication services. Current third-party service providers include: • Google Gemini Web — AI content generation via local browser automation using your own account. • Google NotebookLM Web — research and content generation via local browser automation using your own account. • Doubao Web — AI podcast content generation via local browser automation using your own account. • Edge TTS — speech synthesis through an unofficial client-side interface. • Stripe — subscription payment processing through official APIs. • SMTP email service — account verification and password reset delivery. • Google Analytics — Web Portal usage analytics, only when configured and permitted by your analytics consent. The AI content generation and speech synthesis services listed above are executed locally on your device via the Desktop Client. AiMediaCraft may update this provider list as the product evolves.

• AiMediaCraft may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. • You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team via email. • Videos generated during an active paid subscription retain their commercial usage rights after termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and platform notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
